For anyone who loves the cat and mouse games involved in the world of espionage, The Agency is for you. It’s not the best spy series I’ve seen, but it’s definitely worth watching. Michael Fassbender is perfect for the role, as is Jeffery Wright. Add in Richard Gere and Katherine Waterston, and you have one of the most talented casts on television.

The show may start off slow for some, but stick with it because it picks up steam. World building and character building takes time, but if you don’t have the patience for slow-burning, well-told shows, then this isn’t for you. The Agency does a great job of showing the costs and sacrifices that go into doing this kind of work.
