The table is set. The nation of Israel welcomes Jesus as king, and his disciples await his coronation. But instead of standing up to Rome, he turns the tables on the Jewish religious holidays. With their power threatened, the country’s religious and political leaders will do everything they can to ensure that this Passover meal is Jesus’s.
